1. About these terms

This website is run by Harbie Automation (Harbie Abdulmunap), Philippines. By using the site, its demos, or the client portal, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Information on the site

The content here describes our services in general terms. It isn't professional, legal, tax, or medical advice, and examples are illustrations, not guarantees of results. Prices, scope, and timelines are only binding once agreed in writing.

3. Demos and the AI call receptionist

• The lead-handoff sandbox is a demonstration that runs in your browser; nothing you type there is sent to us.
• The AI call receptionist (“Sofia”) is a real intake line for Harbie Automation. She can make mistakes. What she says is not a quote, contract, or confirmed booking; we confirm any discovery call by email. She must not be relied on for medical, legal, financial, emergency, or other important decisions. In an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest hospital.
• Use your real name, email and phone number so we can send your call summary and follow up, but don't share health, payment, or other sensitive information on the call.
• Calls are limited in length and number, and we may change, limit, or switch off the receptionist at any time.

4. Acceptable use

Please don't misuse the site: no attempts to break in, overload, or scrape it; no harmful, unlawful, abusive, or misleading content; no recording the AI receptionist to impersonate others; no fake or someone else's contact details; and no automated or bulk use of the forms, calls, or demos.

5. Client portal accounts

• Portal accounts are created by Harbie Automation for clients. Keep your password private and tell us right away if you think someone else has used your account.
• The portal shows your services and invoices for convenience. If anything in it differs from our signed agreement or official receipt, the agreement and receipt prevail.
• Invoices may be issued in Philippine pesos (PHP) or US dollars (USD) as agreed. We may suspend portal access if an account is misused.

6. Third-party services

The site relies on services such as Netlify, Zapier, Google, Supabase, and Retell AI (see the Privacy Policy). Their availability is outside our control, and their own terms apply to them.

7. Intellectual property

The site's text, design, and code belong to Harbie Automation unless stated otherwise. You may share links and quote small parts with credit. Ownership of work built for clients is set out in each client agreement.

8. No warranty and limits of liability

The site and demos are provided “as is”, without warranties. To the extent Philippine law allows, Harbie Automation isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the site or demos. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that can't be waived.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. We'll try to resolve any concern informally first, so please email us.
